Requests for routine or special services are obtained by using the "service request" form.

If Physical Plant Division is funded to perform service in your building, no service request is needed. Call the appropriate department to request the work. Any questions, call 3-1760.

Requests for Alterations or Improvements to Office of Planning & Budgets, Admin Bldg, per Section 201 of the Manual of Business Procedures.

A service request requires an active MSU account number and signature by an administrator approved to authorize expenditures against the account.
