Engineering
& Architectural Services (EAS) approves and schedules all outdoor

banners.
Bicycle & Canoe Services
Transportation
Services operates the MSU Bikes
Service Center which offers bike and canoe rentals, repairs,

Estimates
A
department may request a FREE Preliminary Cost Assessment.
This is a service provided by the Physical Plant Division to aid
MSU administrators in making strategic facility decisions. This
is a quick evaluation done without the benefit of drawings or
detailed investigation. If the department chooses to proceed,
a detailed estimate can be prepared after the completion of design.
To request a Preliminary Cost Assessment, send a Service
Request to Maintenance Services, fax 5-5205 or call 3-1760.
Furniture
Repair
For

be referred to Housing & Food Services, Construction, Maintenance
& Interior Design, 5-7467.
Keys
& Locks
For

Lighting
Burned
out light bulbs should be reported to the Building Head Custodian
or call Custodial Services Office at 5-8485. Lights in areas too
high for the custodian's ladder or that have an electrical problem
will be red tagged by the custodial staff and reported to the
Maintenance Services lighting crew. In order to access classrooms
without disrupting classes and allow for better and faster service,
this crew works 10 pm - 8:30 am, Monday - Thursday.
Motorpool
To
reserve a motor pool vehicle, call Transportation Services at
3-5280, or see Section 245 of
Manual of Business Procedures.
Moving
and Set Up Events
To
arrange for moving and set-up services, call Custodial Services
at 5-8485. This includes moving offices and set up for special
events, including providing tables and chairs.
Parking
Gates
Report
inoperable parking gates to the Parking
& Safety Bureau at 5-8440. They will contact Maintenance
Services to have them repaired.
