Business Operations serves the unit by handling the payroll and billing for all departments. The Business Operations team also handles:

• Unit payroll and billing;
• Overtime equalization;
• Analytics, budgeting, reconciling and benchmarking for the unit;
• Ensuring that standard accounting principles and university policies and practices are met.
